There is junk and rubbish on the property including litter, bottle, tarps, <br />carpet and other scattered items. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, remove shed within 30 <br />days, remove junk and rubbish within 30 days, or city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Chris Dux, seconded by Alexander Moore, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />E. 514 7Ih NW; Hayes Addition, Block 1, Lot 27 <br />Owner: Haral Easter; 2775 401h SE, Paris, TX 75462 <br />Robert Talley stated this had been to BSC prior and was tabled. There is a <br />partially demolished shed that was never fully removed from property, and a <br />debris by the roadway as well. The metal shed now has a roof leak and is <br />unsecure. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo shed within 30 <br />days, remove junk and rubbish within 30 days, or city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Chris Dux, seconded by Kim Walker, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />F. 2366 Bonham; Wortham and Carlton Addition, Block 1, Lot I <br />Owner: Tonya & James Mitchell; 20202 FM 1497, Pattonville TX, 75468 <br />Robert Talley stated the owner has spoken to him and the people residing in the <br />house are squatting. The structure has no water. The carport has caught on fire. <br />There is outside storage and junk and rubbish on entire property such as <br />mattresses, furniture, burnt wood, litter, totes and other scattered items. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo carport within <br />30 days, remove junk and rubbish and outside storage within 30 days, and <br />vacate property within 30 days, or city has the right to do so. <br />There was discussion amongst the board regarding vacate orders. <br />Motion made by Chris Dux, seconded by Alexander Moore, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />
