proceed with a distinct area known as Improvement Area #1 which is defined in the Preliminary <br />SAP. <br />The attached Preliminary SAP, prepared by our PID administrator P3, defines the annual project <br />costs and indebtedness for the Authorized Improvements within the PID for the 5 year period. <br />Assessment Plan contained therein sets out how the assessments for the properties within the PI <br />will be calculated and assessed. Exhibit F -I to the document contains the assessment roll <br />required by the PID Act. The updated Engineering Report will be attached as Appendix A wh <br />received from the developer, which should be prior to this meeting. I <br />Settle (bond counsel) may attend via Teams meeting to better explain the Preliminary SAP and <br />answer questions. The resolution will also call for a public hearing on the final SAP for July 14, <br />2025.
