MINUTES OF THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />JUNE 02� 2025 <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Paris held a regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the <br />City Hall, Council Chambers, 10 .7 East Kaufman, Paris, Texas. <br />Board Members Present: Clifton Fendley, Adam Bolton, Chance Abbott, Lal <br />Walker, Robert Spain, Chad Lindsey <br />City Representatives: Osei Amo-Mensah- Director Planning & Community <br />Development <br />Triniti Frazier- Planning Technician <br />Todd Mittge- City Engineer <br />Clyde Crews- Fire Marshal <br />Stephanie Harris- City Attorney <br />itoard Mernber(s) Absent: Paula Portugal <br />1. Chairman Clifton Fendley called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Citizens' forum. <br />The citizen's forum was declared open. With no one speaking the forum was declared <br />closed. <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of May 12, 2025. <br />A motion to approve the minutes was made by Board member Adam Bolton and seconded <br />by Board Member Chance Abbott. Motion carried, 6 ayes — 0 nays. <br />4. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Springlake Estates Phase 6 <br />Addition, Lots 1- 15, LCAD 18277, located between N Collegiate and Fairway Street. <br />Todd Mittge states this preliminary plat submittal is for creating a residential subdivision. <br />Staff recommends approval. <br />A motion to approve the preliminary plat was made by Board member Chad Lindsey and <br />seconded by Board Member Adam Bolton. Motion carried,, 6 ayes — 0 nays. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Paris Towne Crossing <br />Addition, Lot 6B, Block 1, LCAD 121806, located between N Collegiate Dr & NE 31st <br />Street. <br />Todd Mittge states this preliminary plat was submitted for building a commercial <br />
