Costs of the Private Improvement will not be paid nor reimbursed from the proceeds of PID Bonds <br />or otherwise from revenues received from the collection of Annual Installments. <br />"Remainder Area" means approximately 41.545 acres located within the District as more <br />specifically described on Exhibit 1-3 and depicted on Exhibit A-2, to be developed as one or more <br />future improvement areas. The Remainder Area includes all of the District same and except <br />Improvement Area #1. <br />"Remainder Area Apportioned means any Parcel within the Remainder Area against <br />which a portion Ofthe Actual Costs ofthe Major |rnprovernents are apportioned based on special <br />conferred benefit, and against which an Assessment is expected to be levied, but not yet levied. <br />"Remainder Area Apportionment of Costs" means anApportionment of Costs against a Parcel <br />within the Remainder Area for the Remainder Area Projects, asshown VnExhibit B-2,subject ho <br />reallocation upon the subdivision of such Parcel or reduction according tUthe provisions herein <br />and inthe PID Act. <br />"Remainder Area means the pro rata portion ofthe Major Improvements allocable to <br />the Remainder Area based onEstimated Buildout Value. <br />"Service and Assessment Plan" means this Forestbnooh Public Improvement District No. 1 <br />Service and Assessment Plan, as updated, amended, or supplemented from time to time. <br />"Service Plan" means the plan described in Section IV which covers a period of at least five years <br />and defines the annual indebtedness and projected costsoftheAuthorized|nnproven1ents. <br />=Trustee" means the trustee or successor trustee under an Indenture. <br />FonEsTBRooxPUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 9 <br />
