by the Act and more frequently as may be required by the Service and Assessment Plan or as <br />deemed necessary or appropriate by the City. <br />Section 4. 1,M,provement Area #1 Assessment Roll. The Improvement Area #1 <br />Assessment Roll is hereby accepted and approved pursuant to Section 372.016 of the Act as the <br />assessment roll for the Improvement Area #1 Assessed Property for all purposes. <br />Section 5. Le)a.,..and fo ment of Imimovernent Area #1 Assessments for Costs of <br />the .Lm+ v <br />..R,rovement Area #1 Projeck, <br />(a) The Council hereby levies the Improvement Area #1 Assessments on each <br />Improvement Area #1 Assessed Property, as shown and described in the Service and <br />Assessment Plan and the Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll, in the respective amounts <br />shown in the Service and Assessment Plan, as a special assessment as set forth in the <br />Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll. <br />(b) The levy of the Improvement Area 41 Assessments shall be effective on the <br />date of adoption of this Ordinance and shall be collected and enforced strictly in accordance <br />with the terms of the Service and Assessment Plan and the Act. <br />(c) Each Improvement Area #1 Assessment may be prepaid in whole or in part <br />at any time without penalty or may be paid in annual installments pursuant to the terms of <br />the Service and Assessment Plan. <br />(d) Each Improvement Area #1 Assessment shall bear interest at the rate or <br />rates specified in the Service and Assessment Plan. <br />(e) The Improvement Area 91 Annual Installments shall be collected each year <br />in the manner set forth in the Service and Assessment Plan. <br />(f) The Annual Collection Costs for the Improvement Area #1 Assessed <br />Property shall be calculated pursuant to the terms of the Service and Assessment Plan. <br />Section 6. Method of Assessment. The method of apportioning the costs of the <br />Improvement Area #1 Projects and Annual Collection Costs is set forth in the Service and <br />Assessment Plan. <br />Section 7. Penalties and Interest on DelinguentJ..m'P'rovement Area #1 <br />Assessments. Delinquent Improvement Area #1 Assessments shall be subject to the penalties, <br />interest, procedures and foreclosure sales set forth in the Service and Assessment Plan and as <br />allowed by law. <br />Section 8. Pre Davtnents of Improvement Area #1 Assessments,. As provided in the <br />Service and Assessment Plan, the owner of any Improvement Area #1 Assessed Property may <br />prepay the Improvement Area 41 Assessments levied by this Ordinance. <br />Section 9. Lien Prj2rj!X. The Council and the owners of the Improvement Area #1 <br />Assessed Property intend for the obligations, covenants and burdens on the Improvement Area #1 <br />11 <br />
