During the to oft e Contract, Successful Respondent shall promptly disclose to DIR all <br />changes that occur to the foregoing certifications, representations, and warranties. Successful <br />Respondent covenants to fully cooperate in the development and execution of resulting <br />documentation necessary to maintain an accurate record of the certifications, representations, and <br />warranties and any changes thereto. <br />D. In addition, Successful Respondent understands and agrees that if Successful Respondent <br />responds to certain Customer pricing requests, then, in order to contract with the Customer, <br />Successful Respondent may be required to comply with additional terms and conditions or <br />certifications that an individual customer may require due to state and federal law (e.g., privacy <br />and security requirements). <br />10.5 Ability to Conduct Business in Texas <br />and shall be authorized to do business in the State of Texas in accordance with Texas Business <br />Organization Code, Title 1, Chapter 9.
