Originally constructed in 1916 as the Ludwick Grocery and located in the Paris <br />Historic District in Paris, TX. Though quite simple,, the Ludwick Grocery Building <br />with its elegant details is an important character -defining contributing feature of Paris' <br />Downtown,. While the metal panels previously attached to the exterior rendered the <br />building non-contributing when the district was formed, the panels appear to have <br />preserved the beauty of the building. The building is to be restored to its original <br />exterior appearance and will retain its function as a restaurant under a new owner,. <br />B. Originally constructed in 1921, the J.J. Culbertson House, located in the Church Street <br />Historic District in Paris, TX is the district's best representation of early 20th century <br />Prairie School architectural style and is under consideration for a certified <br />rehabilitation using state and federal rehabilitation tax credits. <br />B.
