Certificate of Appropriateness (25-000028) <br />A Motion to approve this item was made by Board Member Glee Eremite and seconded <br />by Board Member Millicent Kee. Motion carried, —5 ayes – _o nays. <br />7. Discussion and possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness for property <br />located in the HD-1 Downtown Historic District - 150 SE I St. <br />A. Crosswalk Mural: Two locations identified, the western crosswalk on the intersection <br />of 1 st NW and Price,, and I st NW & W. Houston. <br />B. CoA (25-000026) <br />A Motion to DENY this item was made by Board Member Lalonna West and seconded <br />by Board Member Glee Emmite. Motion carried, _5_ayes – –0 nays. <br />8. Review and act on the Facade Grant for property located in HD-1 Downtown Historic <br />District, 7 E Plaza – Chelsea Burnett did not appear to present <br />A. Discussion and possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness for property <br />located in the HD -10 Pine Bluff -Fitzhugh Historic District - 528 Fitzhugh Ave. Sharon Hayes - <br />Warren <br />A. Renovating Home to remain habitable. No exterior change, but the patio will be <br />replaced with new screen and screen doors, and all the dry rot will be replaced with <br />new wood <br />B. CoA (25-000032) Building Pen -nit #25-000806 <br />A Motion to approve this item was made by Board Member Millicent Kee and seconded <br />by Board Member Glee Emmitte.
