Review and approve January 08, 2025, regular meeting minutes -Chair <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Dougherty, seconded by Commissioner Emmite, to <br />approve the regular meeting minutes. Motion carried. Ayes 7; Nays 0 <br />4. Discussion and possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness application <br />for property located in HD 1 -Downtown Historic District -400 SW 1 St, City of Paris <br />A. A pergola will be added to the open area of the Farmer's Market. This will serve as <br />a covered area for musicians and other outside performers. <br />B. CoA # (25-000005) <br />
