Our <br />primary collaboration has been in the development of single-family housing units in <br />participation with other local government community development programs, specifically <br />the City of Dallas. We understand Palma Holdings intends to submit an application to the <br />City of Paris Community Development Department's 5 in 5 Infill Development Program for <br />the acquisition of ten (10) single-family lots for the development and construction of ten <br />(10) single-family homes. - <br />We have inspected the proposed financing structure, proforma, construction cost <br />schedule and proposed construction timeline and through our partnership will be serving <br />as the financing mechanism to Palma Holdings for the construction of the housing units <br />on the vacant lots acquired through the 5 in 5 Infill Development Program. <br />Our firm confirms that Palma Holdings has the capacity, resources and capability to <br />successfully complete the City's desired outcome of the development of new single-family <br />homes on selected lots within the parameters of the Program.
