STERLING 7.2 EXPENSES BILLED AS ACTUAL Travel and Expenses are not required for these services. If changes to the scope of work require onsite services, Sterling will notify the Customer prior to incurring additional expenses, provide an estimate of the additional cost, create a change order, and implement the change upon the Customer's acceptance of the Change Order. 7.3 INVOICING Sterling will invoice the Customer for actual time worked by the consultant(s) in % hour increments. The customer will review the proposed Change Request and determine whether the change is acceptable or requires modifications. Both parties will (a) sign the Change Request, (b) agree to modifications to the Change Request, or (c) reject the Change Request. Changes to the scope of work will be implemented only upon agreement and signature of the Change Request by both parties.
