22. Discuss and act on an Ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Finance to <br />transfer unencumbered funds from various department or reserves to other departments <br />which are expected to over -expend their original budget appropriations. <br />23. Discuss and act on a contract with Sterling in the amount of $154,084.73 for professional <br />services and equipment related to the renewal of the City's Dell infrastructure and the <br />implementation of the Police Department's Disaster Recovery Plan. <br />24. Discuss and act on a contract with Claro Enterprise Solution in the amount of $127,128.41 <br />for professional services related to the implementation of the City's 311 Platform. <br />25. Convene into executive session pursuant to: <br />A. Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code, (1) to discuss or deliberate <br />regarding commercial or financial information that the governmental body has <br />received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, <br />stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which <br />the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations; or (2) to <br />deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect described <br />by Subdivision (1), as follows: Project Star Anchor. <br />B. Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate the purchase, <br />exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would <br />have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations <br />with a third person. <br />C. Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment <br />employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public <br />officer or employee. <br />26. Convene into open session and possibly take action on those matters discussed in executive <br />session. <br />27. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 2004-081. <br />28.
