RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the City Of Paris participates in the Lamar County Appraisal District, and; <br />WHEREAS Chapter 6 of the Property Tax Code allows each tax unit to cast votes for the Board of <br />Directors of the Appraisal District in Proportion to their tax levy, and; <br />WHEREAS the City of Paris is allocated 705 votes based on their 2024 levy, and; <br />WHEREAS the Lamar County met in open session to consider the casting of the votes to which <br />they are entitled; <br />NOW THEREFORE MY Of Paris does hereby cast votes for the following person or persons to <br />the Board of Directors of the Lamar County Appraisal District for a two-year term to begin <br />January 1, 2026. <br />Nominee <br />Gene Anderson <br />i � ona-'. r.. d­­ <br />David <br />a1 v 1 d D u I n m I o n <br />Clifton Fendlev <br />Kenneth K_ oh ' —Is' <br />Presiding Officer <br />Votes Cast For: <br />Governing Body Secretary <br />Signed on this the day of 2025. <br />
