LCAD: 403187 <br />1800 Block of 34th Street NE. <br />DATE: November 10, 2025 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requests approval of a Final plat in order to build a single family <br />structure. This was a non -platted City Lot and Block. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission has approved this Final Plat with the no conditions on <br />November 10, 2025. <br />BUDGET: <br />There is no budget associated with this item. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve this Final Plat as recommended by Staff below. <br />2. Approve with additional conditions as discussed among the City Council. <br />3. Deny Final Plat. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the Final plat with the following conditions: None. <br />
