7. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the City of Paris <br />for a text amendment to Ordinance No. 1315, Subdivision Ordinance, Article X, "Design <br />Improvements," Sections D., "Street Pavement," E., "Drainage," and G., "Waste Distribution <br />System." <br />Todd Mittge presented the agenda item to the Commission. Mittge proposed to increase <br />requirements for drainage, water lines, and PSI for future infrastructure development and move <br />away from the current outdated requirements. Commissioners asked follow up questions <br />regarding specifics on drainage. Mittge provided additional information. Staff recommends <br />approval. <br />A motion to approve the Subdivision text amendment was made by Commissioner Chad <br />Lindsey and seconded by Commissioner Paula Portugal. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Stone Haven Addition CB 319, Lot <br />1, Block A, LOCAL 403187, located in the 1800 Block of NE 34th Street. <br />Todd Mittge presented the agenda 'item to the Commission. The preliminary plat is for the <br />construction of a mother-in-law suite at the listed location. Staff recommends approval. <br />A motion to approve the Preliminary Plat was made by Commissioner Chad Lindsey and <br />seconded by Commissioner Adam Bolton. Motion carried., 5 ayes — 0 nays <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Stone Haven Addition CB 319, Lot 1, <br />Block A, LCAD 403187, located in the 1800 Block of NE 34th Street. F <br />Todd Mittge presented the agenda item to the Commission. This is the final plat for the <br />construction of a mother-in-law suite. Staff recommends approval. <br />A motion to approve the Final Plat was made by Commissioner Chad Lindsey and <br />seconded by Commissioner Robert Spain. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays <br />10.
