MINUTES OF THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />DECEMBER 01, 2025 <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Paris held a regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the <br />City Hall, Council Chambers, 107 East Kaufman, Paris, Texas. <br />Commissioners Present: Adam Bolton, Rochelle Jones, Chad Lindsey, Robert Spain, <br />Paula Portugal, Larry Walker and Eric Guillot <br />City Representatives: Osei Amo-Mensah- City Planner <br />Steve Hodges- Engineer Technician <br />Rose Beverly- City Manager <br />Commissioner(s) Absent: N/A <br />I . Chairman Adam Bolton called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />The citizen's forum was declared open. With no one speaking the forum was declared <br />closed. <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of November 03, 2021 <br />A mot -ion to approve the minutes was made by Commissioner Eric Guillot and seconde <br />by Commissioner Paula Portugal. Motion carried, 7 ayes — 0 nays. I <br />4. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Micah"s Comer CB69 <br />Addition, Lots 1-4, Block A, LCAD 14653, located in the 400 Block of NE 1 01h Street. I <br />Steve Hodges presented the preliminary plat to the Commission. Staff recommend <br />approval without conditions. <br />A motion to approve the Preliminary Plat was made by Commissioner Eric Guillot and <br />seconded by Commissioner Paula Portugal. Motion carried, 7 ayes — 0 nays. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Micah's Comer CB69B Addition, Lot <br />1-4, Block A, LCAD 14653, located in the 400 Block of NE I Oth Street. i <br />Steve Hodges presented the final plat to the Commission. Staff recommend approval <br />without conditions. <br />
