mid Council doesn't have to make decisions on individual infill lots. Osei states it is a <br />policy decision and explained that P&Z is a recommending body to City Council. Chad <br />Lindsey commented that plats are on the consent agenda for City Council so staff does <br />not have to give another presentation. City Manager Rose Beverly states this is something <br />that can be looked into. Adam Bolton states there are several infill lots that are unplatted <br />which is time consuming and incur costs while other cities allow for a survey in lieu of <br />theplatting process. Steve Hodges states it is a State law to require a lot be platted in <br />order to construct upon. <br />It.
