NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF TAX ABATEMENT AGREEMENT Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026 to consider a potential amendment to a residential tax abatement agreement dated May 9, 2022 and previously amended on December 11, 2023. The meeting will be held at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. 1. Owner, of Pr9pe 'ly , We're Going to Paris, LLC. 2. Applicant: We're Going to Paris, LLC. The Name and Locationofthe 11Reinvestment Zone: Reinvestment Zone No. 2025-1, which covers the entirety of the City of Paris. The property is located at: Martin St. Addition Block A, Lots 1-20, located at 6354 NW 7"' St., Paris, Texas, LCAD No. 12932. 4, A GeneralDescriptgon,_of the Nature of„ the Improvements wor Repairs: The 2022 Tax Abatement Agreement provided for a capital investment of $1,800,000.00 to refurbish the Westgate apartment complex. The 2023 Amendment extended the deadline by which construction was to be completed, and the Owner has requested an additional extension until June 15, 2026. At present, permits have been pulled for all buildings and work has begun on some of them. 5. The Estimated Cost of the Improvements or Relgairs: No new investment associated with this amendment.
