CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING & WORKSHOP AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026. The meeting will be held at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, Paris, Texas. One or all Council Members may be attending remotely by audio and/or video conference, but the feed will be available to the public during the meeting. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Discuss and act to extend the Mayor's Order Declaring a Local State of Disaster for January Storm. 3. Adjournment. IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SPECIAL MEETING, THE CITY COUNCIL WILL CONDUCT A WORKSHOP Pursuant to the Policy Procedures and Decorum for Public Meetings approved by City Council on May 12, 2025, workshop meetings are inf )rmational only and there will be no Citizens' Forum item on the agenda far workshops. Workshops are open meetings and persons may attend to observe only. The matters to be discussed are as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Discuss downtown parking ordinance revisions and enforcement. 3. Discuss land purchase for a possible expansionlconnection of the West side of the Trail de Paris. 4. Adjournment.
