With the assistance of a consultant, the TIRZ Board of Directors/City has developed a <br />spreadsheet too[ to assist with projecting revenues throughout the life of the TIRZ. <br />Unanimously approved by the Board of Directors of Tax Increment Financing Zone <br />Number One for Recommendation to the City Council of the City of Paris at the <br />Board's regular meeting on January 8, 2026. <br />
