Special Meeting <br />January 30, 2026 <br />Page 3 <br />Mayor Pankaj spoke about grant opportunities but said the City was not eligible unless <br />they secured the property. Council Member Norment inquired about the timeframe and Mr. <br />Amos said as soon as possible. Ms. Harris wanted to know what they needed from the City to <br />move forward with the meeting. Mr. Amos said they could submit the City's name in place of <br />the Greater Paris Foundation but needed to know as soon as possible. City Council said that <br />should be explored. Mr. Bassano said if the City was interested, the Foundation was willing to <br />volunteer to negotiate and deal and then come back to the City. <br />4.
