MINUTES OF THE LOVE CIVIC CENTER BOARD MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />November 20, 2025 <br />The Love Civic Center Board of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 12:15 p.m. on <br />Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Love Civic Center, 2025 S. Collegiate. <br />Present: Board Members: Austin Anthony, Gary Flynn, Robert Staples, Patty Nix, <br />Hunter Jones, Zach Saffle, Patty Nix, Trey Kraft, Montgomery Moore, <br />Zach Saffle, and Owen Jobe. <br />City Representatives: <br />Absent: Board Members: Brittany Chaidemenos, Bart Chadwick, Ashley Green, Levi Graham, <br />Bart Chadwick, Peggy McClaren, and Brad Ramsey <br />Call meeting to order. <br />Robert Staples, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 1.2:1.5 p.m. <br />Citizens' Forum. <br />No one present. <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of September 2025, a motion to approve this item was made by <br />Austin Anthony, seconded by Hunter Jones, motion carried, 11 ayes, 0 nays. <br />4. Receiving the financial report from Paul Allen, a motion to approve this item was made by Austin <br />Anthony, seconded by Robert Staples. Motion carried, l 1 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Randy Nation stated that there are at least 15 events coming up in December. He also stated he has <br />27 trolley trips booked. <br />6. Paul Allen stated that an estimate on our trolley is between 15K and 20 K for trade, after the first <br />of the year we will get back to looking for a newer trolley. <br />Adjournment. <br />There being no further business, A Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Robert Staples, <br />seconded by Board Member Owen Jobe, Motion carried, 1 Jw ayes — 0 nays. <br />Robert Staples adjourned the meeting at 12:28p.m. <br />Robert Staples, Chair <br />
