Previously City Block 136, Lot 3 & 4 LOAD: 16208 & <br />16209 <br />335 & 345 West Sherman <br />DATE: February 23, 2026 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requests approval of a Final plat to build residential homes. This <br />was a non -platted City Lot and Block. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the Final plat with the following conditions: None <br />
