Paris Economic Development Board (12-9-2025) e. Paris Visitors & Convention Council (12-15-2025) 7. Receive the monthly drainage report. Approve the City of Paris Strategic Plan. 9. Approve RESOLUTION NO. 2026-010 A Resolution adopting Procurement Policies and Procedures for Federal Grant Contracts. Regular Agenda 10. Receive presentation from public information officer Jon McFadden. Public Information Officer Jon McFadden explained the median age of residents in Paris was 36.4 years old and they preferred Instagram profiles and YouTube videos. He said City Staff was planning to increase the number of YouTube videos. He also said the next step included continuing implementation of creative teams, adding, merging and closing channels, as well as developing social media strategic plans, and building a calendar. Mr. McFadden also referenced the community survey and answered questions from City Council. 11. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code, (1) to discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information the governmental body has received from a business prospect the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations; or (2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect prescribed by Subdivisions (1), as follows: a.
