9. Repeal action taken at the February 23, 2026, city council meeting, awarding a contract to Superior Equipment Solutions, LLC in the amount of $575,000.00 for the 28th Street NW Sewer Main Improvements. Regular Agenda 10. Receive an update from Garver, LLC about the Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase I and 11 Improvement Projects. 11. Discuss and possibly act on a Resolution of the City of Paris, Texas accepting for filing a Petition of Creation of the BelleVue Estates Public Improvement District No. 1; calling a public hearing on the advisability of the creation of said district; and authorizing the issuance of notice by the City Clerk regarding the public hearing. 12. Receive presentation from City Planner Osei Amo-Mensah about the planning department. 1.3. Convene into executive session pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person. 14. Reconvene into open session and possibly take action on matters discussed in executive session. 15. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to Resolution No. 2004-081. 16. Adjournment.
