Said <br />tract of land being described in a deed to Haynes, Haynes & Jones in Instrument#223736-2025 of the Deed <br />Records of Lamar County, Texas and being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a 1/2" capped iron rod stamped "JMH 4025" found for the east corner of said Haynes tract <br />and the south corner of a called 10.001 acre tract of land described in a deed to Robert O. Zimmerman and <br />Robyn L. Zimmerman in Volume 1210, Page 129 of said county records.
