Kaufman St., Paris, <br />TX 75460. <br />Present: Board Members: <br />Jesse Wallace Jr <br />Kim Walker <br />Morgan Cline <br />Alexander Moore <br />Absent: A.W. "Plug" Clem <br />Angie Briscoe <br />City Representatives: Nicki Brown — Senior Code Enforcement Officer <br />Jacie Brown — Code Enforcement <br />Melissa Shaffer —Code Enforcement <br />Elisabeth Payne — Code Enforcement <br />Michael Smith — Chief Operating Officer/Public <br />Works Director <br />Stephanie Harris — City Attorney <br />Cade Oats — Interim Fire Marshal <br />Rose Beverly— City Manager <br />Call meeting to order. <br />Kim Walker, called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. <br />2. Approve minutes from the meeting of January 20, 2026. <br />A Motion was made by Kim Walker to approve minutes, seconded by Jesse <br />Wallace J. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />Public Hearing to consider presentations by City of Paris Code Inspectors and owner(s) <br />and/or lien holder(s) of the below properties who have been given notice of a violation of <br />Chapter 4, Article 4.03 entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures;" <br />Chapter 7, Article 7.04 entitled "Weeds, Junk, and Other Objectionable, Unsightly, or <br />Unsanitary Matter on Private Premises;" Chapter 8, Article 8.10 entitled "Outdoor <br />Storage;" Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, TX. <br />
