The structure is unsecure. There has been no contact with the <br />property owner. We had previously taken this property to BSC but the publishing <br />was not done in the allotted timeframe. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property within <br />30 days, demolish structure within 30 days, removal of junk and rubbish <br />within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Jesse Wallace Jr, seconded by Alexander Moore, to follow staff <br />recommendation.
