Building and Standards Meeting <br />February 16, 2026 <br />Page 2 <br />A. 524 Parr; Locust Hill Block 8, Lot 2 <br />Owner: Craig B & Stormi P Ortega; Evans; 524 Parr Ave., Paris, TX 75460 <br />Nicki Brown stated the structure has a hole in the roof and there is missing and <br />deteriorated wood. The structure is unsecure. There has been no contact with the <br />property owner. We had previously taken this property to BSC but the publishing <br />was not done in the allotted timeframe. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property within <br />30 days, demolish structure within 30 days, removal of junk and rubbish <br />within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Jesse Wallace Jr, seconded by Alexander Moore, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />B. 548 NE I"', City Block 92, Lot 4 <br />Owner: Georgia Washington; C/O Yolanda Washington; 824 7th NE, Paris, TX <br />75460 <br />Nicki Brown stated the structure has foundation damage, there is missing and <br />deteriorated wood, and there are holes in the roof. There has been no contact with <br />the property owner.
