Mrs. Pirtle and Dr. Hurt reviewed and approved the First Federal bank <br />statement(s) ending in: <br />• July 2025 <br />• August 2025 <br />• September 2025 <br />• October 2025 <br />• November 2025 <br />Mrs. Prestridge advised the board members that she received $150,000. from the <br />Ram Foundation to help cover the amount of the CCHB Grant that was cut by the <br />state. Also, Mrs. Prestridge advised the board members that the shelter that is <br />connected to the Health District has closed. Mrs. Prestridge advised the board <br />members that the Paris -Lamar County Health District has the first option to <br />purchase the north portion of our current building.
