Motion carried, 4 ayes — 0 nays. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Kraft Addition, Lots 1 & 2, <br />Block 1, LCAD 21148, located in the 4200 Block of Clarksville Street. <br />Steve Hodges presented the preliminary plat to the commission stating that the State of <br />Texas has purchased right-of-way from the veterinary clinic for widening. The clinic is <br />now relocating their business further east. Staff recommends approval. <br />A motion to approve the preliminary plat was made by Commissioner Chad Lindsey and <br />seconded by Commissioner Robert Spain. Motion carried, 6 ayes — 0 nays. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Kraft Addition, Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, <br />LCAD 21148, located in the 4200 Block of Clarksville Street. <br />Steve Hodges presented the final plat to the commission.
