LCAD: 18256, 410 201h NE Street <br />DATE: April 27, 2026 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requests approval of a Preliminary plat to build houses. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the Preliminary plat with the following conditions: <br />1. Correction of the Title block to show all newly created lots for proper record. <br />
