Amend Section 506.3 to read as follows: <br />506.3 Grease interceptors. <br />Grease interceptors and automatic grease removal devices shall be maintained in accordance <br />with this code and the manufacturer's installation instructions. Grease interceptors and <br />automatic grease removal devices shall be regularly serviced and cleaned to prevent the <br />discharge of oil, grease, and other substances harmful or hazardous to the building <br />drainage system, the public sewer, the private sewage disposal system, or the sewage <br />treatment plant or processes. Records of maintenance, cleaning, and repairs shall be <br />available for inspection by the code official. <br />All owners and operators of rease interce ors and rease removal devices shall com 'I with <br />the Ci f Paris Fats Oils and Grease FOG Pro 8ramjncludin but not limited to: <br />1. Re istration of all :rease interce Mors or rease removal devices with the Cit <br />2. Participation in re uired ins ection ro ram_s includin annual or more fre uent <br />inspections as determined b the Cit <br />3. Compliance with all maintenance cleanin and recordkee Jin rg _ uirements established <br />by the FOG Proram and <br />4.
