3315.3 Installation and use. Scaffoldin shall be erected on stable foundations and shall <br />not be altered relocated or dismantled exce t under the su ervision of a competent <br />Person. The scaffolding per nit shall be in addition to any building ermit re uired for the <br />associated construction work. <br />3315.9 Pedestrian safet Ian. When a scaffoldin ermit is re uired the aRRficant shall <br />submit a Pedestrian Safety Plan for review and a royal b the buildin official. The <br />Ian shall identify measures to rotect edestrians and ad'acent properties, includin <br />but not limited to: <br />1. Tem orary walkways or rerouting of pedestrian traffic; <br />2.
