Call meeting to order. <br />Mayor Pankaj called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Invocation. <br />Mayor Pro -Tem Savage gave the invocation. <br />3. United States Pledge of Allegiance & Texas Pledge of Allegiance. <br />City Council led the United States Pledge of Allegiance and the Texas Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />4. Citizens' forum. <br />James Belcher — he said he had been doing tree and cleanup work, and there were a lot <br />of workers out there. He also said the guy running the compost site needed to be replaced. <br />
