MINUTES OF THE LOVE CIVIC CENTER BOARD MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />January 8, 2026 <br />The Love Civic Center Board of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 12:15 p.m. on <br />Thursday, January 8, 2026, at the Love Civic Center, 2025 S. Collegiate. <br />Present: Board Members: Gary Flynn, Robert Staples, Hunter Jones, Zach Saffle, <br />Patty Nix, Montgomery Moore, Kelli McDonald, Levi Graham, Peggy <br />McClaren, Ashley Green, Brad Ramsey, and Owen Jobe. <br />City Representatives: <br />Absent: Board Members: Brittany Chaidemeno s, Bart Chadwick, and Trey Kraft. <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />Robert Staples, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 12:15 p.m. <br />2. Citizens' Forum. <br />No one present. <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of November 2025, a motion to approve this item was made by <br />Levi Graham, seconded by Zach Saffle, motion carried, 12 ayes, 0 nays. <br />4. Receiving the financial report from Kelli McDonald, a motion to approve this item was made by <br />Peggy McClaren, seconded by Robert Staples. Motion carried, 12 ayes, 0 nays. <br />5. Randy Nation stated that the civic center had 101 events in December. <br />6. Paul Allen stated that all the AC's are working and we are still looking for a used trolley. <br />Adjournment. <br />There being no further business, A Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Robert Staples, <br />seconded by Board Member Hunter Jones, Motion carried, 12 ayes — 0 nays. <br />Robert Staples adjourned the meeting at 12:56 p.m. <br />Robert Staples, Chair <br />
