7. The ED presented the Executive Director Agreement for renewal and asked if there were any changes the Board wanted. The Board did not have any objections to the annual renewal stated in the agreement; therefore, there was no action required. 8. Commissioner Ladell asked if there were any objections to moving the meeting time to 3:15 since he gets off work at 3:00 p.m. The other board members did not have an objection therefore the meetings will be held on Tuesdays at 3:15. 9. The ED presented the Letter from HUD regarding compliance FYB 7-1-2023 through 6-30- 2024 and advised the Board that some difficult decisions needed to be made since the -30-2024 was 2.3. Chairman Wilson remined the Board of the obstacles the PHA had prior to the new ED being hired on June 4, 2024. At 12:15 p.m. the Board convened in Executive/Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 Personnel Matters. At 12:34 p.m. the Board re-convened in Regular Session. There was no action to be taken that required a vote. Executive Directors Report: ED presented Directors Report to the Board of Commissioners A. Occupancy Report: Demographic Reports were presented to the Board of Commissioners, broken down by each site. B. Financial Report: Financial information was presented. C. Capital Funds Report: 2024 ESG for $249,969.00; Initial Draw on Fencing has been paid; remaining upon completion of the project. D. General Updates: a. Office Visitor Count: 30-50, majority for rent payments b. Fairview Park BTW Fencing project c. URP Reviews RESOLUTIONS: 07-15-25-6 Maintenance Truck Purchase There being no further business to discuss a Motion was made by Commissioner Ladell and was seconded by Commissioner Nelms.
