Notice of Consideration of Tax Abatement Agreement <br />Notice is hereby given thatthe City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular <br />session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026 to consider a potential residential <br />tax abatement agreement as part of the 5 in 5 Housing Infill Redevelopment <br />Program as set forth below. The matters to be discussed and acted <br />Ap <br />upon are as follows: <br />1. Owner of Property: R4U Ventures, LLC <br />Applicant: R4U Ventures, LLC <br />2. The Name and Location of the Reinvestment Zone: Reinvestment Zone <br />2025-1 encompassing the entirety of the corporate limits of the City of Paris, <br />Texas. Properties to be included in the abatement are: <br />LCAD# 20477, Washington Heights Addition, Lot 2, Block 4, E. <br />Garrett St. <br />LCAD# 14833, City of Paris Lot 13, Block 72-A, 606 E. Grove St. <br />3. A General Description of the Nature of the Improvements or Repairs: Two <br />(2) single-family homes <br />4.
