Regular Agenda <br />9. Discuss, conduct a public hearing and act on an Ordinance regarding the petition of James <br />O'Bryan, DVM for a zoning change from s Single -Family Dwelling (SF -2) District to a <br />General Retail (GR) District to a General Retail (GR) District with a Specific Use Permit <br />(SUP) for Veterinary Clinic -Large Animals on LCAD 13152, Legal Description: Mayer <br />Addition, Block 8, Lots 1 & 2, 3147 Bonham St. <br />10. Discuss and act on a Resolution approving a Development Agreement with Lone Star <br />Planned Developments, LLC relating to the City of Paris Tax Increment Reinvestment <br />Zone No. 2 (Forestbrook Boulevard). <br />11. Discuss and act on a Resolution approving a residential tax abatement and economic <br />development agreement with R4U Ventures, LLC as a part of the 5 in 5 Housing Infill <br />Redevelopment Program for Washington Heights Addition, Lot 2, Block 4, E. Garrett St., <br />and Lot 13, Block 72-A, 606 E. Grove St. <br />12. Discuss and act on an Ordinance amending Chapter 12.05 of the Code of Ordinances <br />relating to fats, oils, greats (FOG), grease interceptors, oil/water separators, sand/oil <br />separators and associated pretreatment requirements. <br />13. Receive and discuss the May financial reports. <br />14. Convene into executive session pursuant Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, <br />to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an <br />open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in <br />negotiations with a third person. <br />15. Convene into open session and possibly take action on those matters discussed in executive <br />session. <br />16. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 2004-081. <br />17.
