<br />requirements, dimensional standards, buffering and screening requirements, airport and
<br />glare protections, infrastructure standards, decommissioning requirements, financial
<br />assurance requirements, and related development and operational standards.

<br />District (C) on LCAD 16081, City of Paris Block 127, PT of Lot 3, 120 S.W. 8th Street.
<br />20. Discuss, conduct a public hearing and act on an Ordinance considering the petition of the
<br />City of Paris for amendments to Exhibit 913, Zoning Ordinance, including § 8-500, Home
<br />Occupations, and related definitions and use regulations, to modernize standards for home-
<br />based businesses, remote work, registration, residential compatibility, prohibited activities,
<br />and enforcement.
