Mr. Fendley <br />made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Mr. Dougherty seconded the motion. <br />Vote: 6 -ayes to 0 -nays <br />Discuss and Consider Approval of April and May 2026 Financial Statements <br />Secretary and Treasurer Chase Coleman advised that April and May financial reports were still in the <br />process of being finalized and made a motion that approval of the reports be tabled until the next board <br />meeting. Mr. Fendley seconded the motion. <br />Vote: 6 -ayes to 0 -nays <br />Update and Discussion on 2026-2027 Draft Budget <br />Ms. Hammond presented the preliminary 2026-2027 draft PEDC budget. She noted that the finalized <br />version of the budget would be presented to the board for approval during the July Annual Meeting, and <br />that all feedback on the preliminary budget would be collected through early July. <br />Chairman Bray opened the floor to questions regarding the 2026-2027 Draft Budget. There were no <br />questions. <br />Update and Discussion on 2023-2025 PEDC Plan of Work <br />Ms. Hammond presented the preliminary 2023-2025 PEDC Plan of Work, reminding the Board that in <br />accordance with the PEDC Bylaws, the PEDC is required to submit a plan of work alongside the 2026- <br />2027 budget. She noted that the finalized Plan of Work would be presented to the board for approval <br />during the July Annual Meeting, and requested that all board members review the plan and provide <br />feedback prior to this meeting. <br />Chairman Bray opened the floor to questions regarding the 2023-2025 Plan of Work.
