TY COUNCIL WORKSHOPAGENDA <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session <br />at 5:30 p.m. on "Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The meeting will be held at the City Council <br />Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, Paris, Texas. One or all Council Members may be attending <br />remotely by audio, and/or video conference, but the feed will be available to the public during <br />the meeting. <br />Pursuant to the Policy Procedures and Decorum for Public Meetings approved by City <br />Council on May 12, 2025, workshop meetings are informational only and there will be no <br />Citizens' Forum item on the agenda for workshops. Workshops are open meetings and <br />persons may attend to observe only. <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />2. Receive a City Council Special Financial Presentation. <br />3.
