§ 31-119. Appeals. <br />(a) Administrative interpretations under this section may be appealed as provided by the <br />Zoning Ordinance or other applicable City ordinance.' <br />(b) An appeal shall not authorize a use prohibited by this section, waive a SUP* or P* <br />requirement, allow a Data Center in the Agricultural (A) District,-or authorize staff or an <br />appellate body to make a legislative zoning decision reserved to the City Council. <br />§ 31-120. No Vested Right Created <br />Nothing in this Section or DSM-002 shall be construed to create a vested right to <br />approval of any application, permit, Specific Use Permit, site plan, building permit, <br />certificate of occupancy, or other development approval. All applications shall be <br />reviewed in accordance with the ordinances, regulations, and standards applicable at <br />the time a complete application is submitted, except as otherwise provided by <br />applicable law. <br />Page 18 of 25 <br />
