Notice of Consideration of Tax Abatement Agreement Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026 to consider a potential residential tax abatement agreement as part of the 5 in 5 Housing Infill Redevelopment Program as set forth below. The meeting will be held at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. A video feed will be available for live viewing at hftps:Hparistexas.gov/public. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows: 1. Owner of Property: Zachary Bergenholtz Applicants: Zachary Bergenhotz and Stephen Bergenholtz 2. The Name and Location of the Reinvestment Zone: Reinvestment Zone 2025-1 encompassing the entirety of the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Texas.
