Tuesday August <br />11th, 2026 <br />The Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund Board of Trustees will meet <br />in the Conference Room of Station One at 1444 North Main Street on <br />Tuesday, August 11th, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. <br />1. Call to order <br />2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additionaltime <br />may be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the <br />Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, an existing <br />policy, or a staff person with specific, factual information.) <br />3. Review and approve the minutes from the July 2026 meeting. <br />4. Review and approve the July 2026 Financial Statements from Westwood. <br />5. Hear audit report given by Johnna McNeal,. <br />6. Approve payment on invoices. <br />7. Review and take action on the correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and <br />Retirement Fund received after the last meeting. <br />8.
