Call meeting to order. <br />Mayor Pankaj called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Invocation. <br />Mayor Pro -Tem Savage gave the invocation. <br />3. United States Pledge of Allegiance & Texas Pledge of Allegiance. <br />City Council led the United States Pledge of Allegiance and the Texas Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />4. Citizens' forum. <br />Daniel Nicholson, 2640 Beverly Drive — he read a story about a forest and related it to <br />his opposition of flock cameras. <br />Carolyn Williams — she said she was trying to get a house, but the liens were so high. <br />
