Kaufman, Paris, Texas. <br />Present: <br />Absent <br />Opening Agenda <br />Mayor: Mihir Pankaj <br />Mayor Pro -Tem: Gary Savage <br />Council Members: Stacy Ladell, Tim DeWitt, & Tracy Attebury <br />City Staff. Rose Beverly, City Manager; Stephanie Harris, <br />City Attorney; Janice Ellis, City Clerk; Steve <br />Marriott, Finance Director; M.A. Smith, Chief <br />Operating Officer; Rich Salter, Police Chief, <br />Thomas McMonigle, Fire Chief; Connie Lawman, <br />Library Director; Celso Arrieta, IT Manager; <br />Danny Rowell, Public Utilities Director; Osei <br />Amo-Mensah, City Planner; Myra Rogers, <br />Assistant Finance Director; Duke McGee, Building <br />Official; and Steve Hodges, Engineering Manager <br />Council Member: Rebecca Norment & Alix Putnam <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />Mayor Pankaj called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Invocation. <br />Mayor Pro -Tem Savage gave the invocation. <br />3. United States Pledge of Allegiance & Texas Pledge of Allegiance. <br />City Council led the United States Pledge of Allegiance and the Texas Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />4. Citizens' forum. <br />Daniel Nicholson, 2640 Beverly Drive — he read a story about a forest and related it to <br />his opposition of flock cameras. <br />Carolyn Williams — she said she was trying to get a house, but the liens were so high. <br />
