Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 B. 531 NW 4t"; City of Paris, Block 81, Lot 3 Property owner changed resulting in this property being brought back at a later date. C. 541 SW 4t'; City of Paris, Block 136, Lot 16 Owner: Leonardo D Huerta & Victoria G Acosta 1424 Margaret Paris, TX 75460 Jacie Brown stated that we have had no contact with the owner. The structure is unsecure, water damage, with missing and deteriorated wood throughout structure and that the roof is swaying. There is also an accessory building that needs to be removed or demolished at the time of demolishing the main structure. There is a camper that will be worked for removal separately. Jacie Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property, demolition of structure, demolish accessory building and removal of junk and rubbish within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 D. 143 NE 10th; City of Paris, Block, 31, Lot 4 Owner: Booby W Porter, Patricia L Porter 133 10th NE Paris, TX 75460 Jacie Brown stated the property owner lives next door, and we did speak to him about declaring property a nuisance and we have had no further contact. The roof ceiling is collapsing, the structure is unsecure, hole in roof, water damage, an accessory building, and junk in rubbish throughout property. Jacie Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate, demolish structure, remove junk and rubbish within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 E. 1540 W Shiloh ; Colonial Addition, Block 7, Lot 16 Owner: Jimmy Don and Glenda Ballard, 1540 W Shiloh Paris, TX 75460 Jacie Brown stated that there is no contact with owner and there is a vagrant residing in the structure. The roof is collapsing, windows unsecure, and has been approved previously for demo and is being brought back for vacate and demo. Jacie Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate, demolish structure within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so.
