Board Member's Name - In Attendance Not in Attendance Ms. Kristi Graham x Mrs. Kristen Prater x Dr. Bart Hays x Dr. Amy Hughes x Dr. Myers Hurt III x Ms. Mitzie Pirtle x Dr. Russell Putnam x Others in Attendance were - In Attendance Not in Attendance Mrs. Gina Prestridge, Executive Director x Miss Cheryl King, Administrative Assistant x Dr. Hughes made a motion and was seconded by Mrs. Pirtle to convene into open session at 5:29 p.m. Motion carried. 6 yays, 0 nays. Mrs. Graham made a motion and was seconded by Mrs. Prater to approve prior meeting minutes. Motion carried. 6 yays, 0 nays. Dr. Hays made a motion and was seconded by Mrs. Graham to approve Phillip Darryl Haage and Mindy Nicole Dority to fill the two board member's seats (Dr. Putnam and Mrs. Pirtle) that have fulfilled the maximum term allowed to serve. Motion carried. 6 yays, 0 nays. Dr. Hughes made a motion and was seconded by Mrs. Graham to approve the First Federal bank statement(s) ending in: • March 2026 • April 2026 Motion carried. 6 yays, 0 nays.
