This term does not include a Mobile Home, Manufactured Home Subdivision, Manufactured Housing Community, recreational vehicle, park model recreational vehicle, travel trailer, or modular or industrialized home. Manufactured Home Lot means an individually platted lot within a Manufactured Home Subdivision that is intended for the placement of one HUD -Code Manufactured Home and its permitted accessory buildings, parking, yards, utility connections, and other improvements. Manufactured Housing means a HUD -Code Manufactured Home or a Mobile Home, as those terms are defined by Chapter 1201 of the Texas Occupations Code. Where this Ordinance regulates a particular type of manufactured housing, the more specific defined term shall be used. Mobile Home means a structure constructed before June 15, 1976, transportable in one or more sections, built on a permanent chassis, and designed for use as a dwelling with or without a permanent foundation when connected to required utilities. The term has the meaning assigned by Section 1201.003 of the Texas Occupations Code, as amended, and does not include a HUD -Code Manufactured Home. Mobile Home, Legacy means a Mobile Home constructed before June 15, 1976. The term is used in the Official Land Use Matrix to distinguish a pre -HUD Mobile Home from a HUD -Code Manufactured Home and does not establish or authorize a separate land use. Modular Home means a residential industrialized building constructed in one or more modules or sections at a location other than the permanent building site and designed to be installed on a permanent foundation in accordance with the building codes applicable to site -built construction. A Modular Home is not a HUD -Code Manufactured Home or Mobile Home. Permanent Foundation means a foundation system designed and constructed in accordance with applicable state installation standards, the manufacturer's approved installation instructions, and other applicable City requirements to support and anchor a manufactured home at its approved location. State Installation Standards means the statutes and rules administered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs governing the installation, anchoring, foundation support, alteration, inspection, and related regulation of manufactured housing, as amended. SECTION 6. Section 4.08.003 Amended. Chapter 4, Article 4.08, Section 4.08.003, "Allowable locations for manufactured homes and mobile homes," is hereby repealed and replaced as as follows: Sec. 4.08.003. Allowable locations and supplemental regulations for manufactured homes and mobile homes.
