There was a discussion regarding fire, contact with <br />owner and if there was insurance at the time of the fire. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demolish structure, remove junk and <br />rubbish, and vacate structure within 30 days or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Wait Irwin, seconded by Sandra Carrell to follow staff recommendation. Motion <br />carried unanimously. 7 - 0 <br />B. 910 W Cherry; City of Paris, Block 83, Lot 36 <br />Owner: Thomas Celestine C/O Rita C. Dixon; PLLC 8700 Stonebrook Parkway, Box 1996 <br />Frisco, Texas 75034 <br />Nicki Brown stated the structure has a hole in the roof, missing and deteriorated wood, rear addition <br />separating/sinking, junk and rubbish throughout property. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demolish structure, remove junk and <br />rubbish, and vacate structure within 30 days or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Sandra Carrell, seconded by Angie Briscoe, to follow staff recommendation. <br />Motion carried unanimously. 7 - 0 <br />C. 514 NW 7t"; Hayes Addition, Block 1, Lot 27 <br />Owner: Haral Easter; 2775 401h St SE, Paris, Texas 75462 <br />Nicki Brown stated the structure has a roof that is collapsing, unsecure, hole in roof, water damage, <br />missing and deteriorated ceiling tiles, junk and rubbish throughout property. There was a discussion <br />with Stephanie Harris regarding tax information not being relevant to declaring a property a <br />nuisance. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demolish structure, remove junk and <br />rubbish, and vacate structure within 30 days or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Angie Briscoe, seconded by Sandra Carrell, to follow staff recommendation. <br />Motion carried unanimously. 7 — 0 <br />5.
